Fast shutter to capture Butterflies and Moths with canon 100 mm macro lens

From iron butterfly (Canon EOS 60D)

A challenging feature in macro photography is using really fast shutter speeds to freeze the action of tiny insects.
i had one of the most toughest times shooting this butterfly which just refused to keep still! it took me over 20 minutes to get a handful of good pics and at the end of the day i was pretty happy with the final results.

shooting at 5.6 fps really helped me achieve some really good shots here
