Cafe Mondegar's and Colaba

another extremely popular hang out place at Colaba, i remember hearing about it in the 90's for the CD juke box they had for patrons. and this was my first visit and i was told that nothings changed.



the beer was fresh and tasty and the sausages succulent.

the tribute to Mario Miranda on the Cafe's walls was pretty cool, and we have something similar in Mangalore with Froth of Top.

we were on a deadline, so had called our friends driver and had him pick us from Cafe Mondegar's and drive back to Borivali west. i slept most of the journey back home, but i clearly remember being very very car sick!
